Montezumas Dungeons

Montezumas Dungeons is a 1-player arcade game for the TRS-80 CoCo.

The player controls a small character who must navigate a series of passageways to reach several chamber entrances. Enemies patrol the hallways, and the player loses a life if they touch one. The player has no ability to shoot in the passageways, and must avoid the enemies. After entering a room, the player moves to a separate screen containing smaller enemies and a treasure. Here, the player can fire upon all the enemies, and must quickly collect the treasure and exit the room. If the player takes too long, an unkillable monsters appears and rapidly follows the player. Back in the passageways, the player must try to navigate to the next chamber.
