Monty Python's The Ministry of Silly Walks
Description
Monty Python's The Ministry of Silly Walks is an endless running (or walking rather) game based on the sketch with the same name. It works like other games of its kind with the player controlling a bowler hat wearing man who has to silly walk as far as possible through the streets of London. The man automatically moves forward and the player's task is simply to prevent him from colliding with any of the obstacles that appear in his path. Tapping the left side makes him jump, while tapping the right side makes him slide under obstacles. To overcome larger obstacles an umbrella can be used to glide in the air.
Throughout the game there are coins to collect and with these the player can unlock costumes and various items. Items include hearts for revival, various head starts and upgrades to power ups. Three different power ups can be picked up and are active for a short while: one that attracts coins, one that slows down time and one that gives invisibility.
The game features the voice of John Cleese who reads a few lines when the player dies.
