Mr. Rescue

Mr. Rescue is an arcade-style 2D action platformer in which players take on the role of a firefighter tasked with evacuating civilians from burning buildings. Set in dynamically generated multi-floor structures, the game emphasizes urgent rescue efforts amid rising flames, collapsing environments, and the occasional boss encounter.

Gameplay centers on grabbing civilians and hurling them out windows to safety while managing two overheating systems: both your water gun and suit heat. You wield a limited-capacity hose to extinguish fires and defeat flame-based enemies, but must balance usage carefully to avoid overheating. Collectible power-ups, such as coolants to reduce heat, emergency reserve tanks, tank expansions, and heat resistance boosts - add strategic layers and help sustain your rescue run. Floors are cleared once all civilians are safe, and then you move upward - though fire spreads if you delay.
