Multipede

Multipede is an unofficial variant of Centipede. The player controls a gun at the bottom of the screen and fires on a centipede that moves down the screen row by row. The player has limited lives which are lost if the centipede hits them. Each body part of the centipede is hit and destroyed separately and, thus, the centipede takes multiple well-timed shots to take down. Mushrooms on the field will block the player's shots until destroyed. New mushrooms spawn where the centipede gets hit.
