Description
Nani Roma: 4x4 Raid is a racing game marketed around the Spanish rally racing driver Joan "Nani" Roma Cararach, best known for winning the Dakar rally both on a motorcycle and in a car. The game offers two game modes based on a car rally: Raid and Time Trial. Time Trial provide single races against the clock for the best times. In Raid a rally with six stages needs to be completed with different environments such as the desert or savanna. Racing is done from a first-person perspective. The HUD shows the current time, the best time, progress for the distance, current gear, speed, car damage and remaining fuel. There are obstacles on the road and these need to be avoided so as not to sustain damage that affects the car's performance. Additional fuel and a full repair can be picked up while driving.
