Neutroid 2.015

Neutroid 2.015 is a remake of Neutroid II, with revamped graphics, and toned down difficulty. Additionally, this release incorporates a different screen mode to fix its predecessor's incompatibility with the Tandy CoCo 3. The gameplay is unchanged: You control a particle and move across a grid, collecting green and orange particles. Your sprite is constantly moving and can only be made to take left of right turns with your joystick, there's no direct directional control. Colliding with the harmful white particles, laser beams and the top or bottom of the screen causes damage. Collecting an orange particle will enable you for a few seconds to chase and consume a white particle for an energy boost. Once you pick up all, you move on to a more challenging level.
