Description
No Fear Downhill Mountain Biking is a 2D side-scrolling mountain bike racing game carrying the US No Fear lifestyle clothing brand. Players can choose between different racers with four main statistics: balance, power, recovery and stamina. There is a bike setup for every track based on the conditions, covering the tyres, gear ratio, brakes, suspension, frame and wheels.
Races are often done head-to-head where opponents can be hindered. There are obstacles to avoid and a track to navigate. Peddling at the highest rate all the time is not possible because there is a stamina meter involved, so speed needs to be built up carefully with moments of recovery.
The game mode are Championship (with three difficulty levels: Amateur, Pro and Elite), Single Race, Time Trial, Tournament, Duel and Trick Track. The game keeps track of the highest scores.
