Description
Offensive Combat is the world's deadliest underground competition. Using exotic gear and cutting-edge weaponry, elite warriors from around the globe battle in secret for ultimate supremacy... while dressing in ridiculous outfits and teabagging fallen foes in an irreverent homage to Internet humor.
A competitive browser-based first-person shooter, Offensive Combat was an online-only action game that featured more than a dozen multiplayer maps, 100+ weapons, and several highly-customizable character types. Regular content updates -- including themed holiday and promotional releases -- were released on a bi-monthly basis throughout the life of game. Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Control Point, and Annihilator rounded out its selection of gameplay modes, while a unique "PWN" mechanic allowed players to humiliate dead opponents with a flippant interpretation of Halo's "Victory Crouch."
On January 14, 2014, Offensive Combat was taken offline and shut down when developer U4iA Games closed its doors due to a lack of funding.
