On the Run

On the Run is a 1-player arcade game for the Apple II.

You are visiting the space port of Nexus IX. You were there for only two hours when the police arrested you wrongly for murder. You were beaten, and scheduled for execution. You have escaped and jumped into an armored personnel carrier armed with a laser gun.

Unfortunately, you made a wrong turn into a dead end street, and now you must fight it out. You must destroy missiles, tanks, and jets. The player has three lives per level, and gains an additional life after completing levels 3, 4, and 5.
