Out of Your Mind

Feeling anxious? Angry? Confused? These negative emotions are the result of Nega-Tics, tiny creatures that accumulate in the brain over time and cause your mental state to go haywire. As a new hire at the Blissful Brain Olympic Luxury Spa, you will have the chance to cure clients of their mental ills with a revolutionary technique known as "brain-flossing" by ensnaring the nasty Nega-Tics with pieces of string and literally pulling them out of their minds.

Out of Your Mind is an action game played from a bird's eye view perspective. Each level takes place inside the brain of a client in the spa. The aim of the game is to extract all the Nega-Tics and clean up any gunk they left behind. This is achieved by clicking one of the colored spools of mental floss, threading the string through all the Nega-Tics of the same color on the level, and creating a loop around some gunk to complete the process and pull the captured Nega-Tic(s) out of the mind. However, a line cannot be extracted if there are any Nega-Tics inside the loop. Nega-Tics that are left for too long will explode into more brain gunk, creating more work, but extracting five or more Nega-Tics at the same time will create a Posa-Tic, which will decrease the size of all the Nega-Tics on the level when collected.

Each level has a normal time limit as well as an optional "expert time" that the player is challenged to complete it by.
