Plague / Alien Demon

Plague / Alien Demon is a combination of 2 arcade games on 1 cassette for the VIC-20.

In Alien Demon, the player explores a maze trying to keep ahead of an attacking alien. The player moves in the cardinal directions, and travels through a number of rooms with exits. A map at the top left of the screen shows nearby rooms. The player tries to avoid smaller aliens as they travel. If the alien catches the player, it's game over.

In Plague, the player controls a ship at the bottom of the screen trying to kill the three rows of insects that move horizontally across the top of the screen. Stopping the player from getting to the insects are eight ships arranged in groups of four, as well as four heat-seekers that follow the player. The insects are capable of defending themselves by throwing bombs at the player. If the player comes into contact with any ships, heat-seekers, or insects, they lose a life.
