Plazma Line

Description
Plazma Line is an outer space-based first-person racing game in which you pilot a spacecraft through and around various obstacles - and past rivals - en route to a goal. Players take on the role of an unnamed protagonist in the year 2384, a time in which the galaxy is peaceful and starship racing has gained popularity as a result, namely the "Barusia Around the Solar System Plasma Starship Race", or "Plazma Line" for short.
Flight is controlled via the keyboard's number pad (the standard at the time of the game's release), or optionally via joystick. Weapons are prohibited, however, if you happen to find any mid-flight, you're allowed to use them as long as your ammo is depleted before you reach a checkpoint.
Plazma Line is notable for being one of the first (if not THE first) home computer games to feature three-dimensional polygonal objects and surfaces with appropriate light and shadow levels. Programmer Kotori Yoshimura would further refine her use of polygonal graphics in future games such as 1986's Wibarm and 1988's Star Cruiser.
