Pop Idol: TalentBox
Description
Pop Idol: Talentbox is a singing game based on the UK TV program Pop Idol. The game came in a box along with a microphone, players used the microphone with the supplied software to record and edit their performances which were then uploaded to the game's website where they were voted on.
There were ten tracks on the CD, these cannot be played in a normal CD player. The tracks are;* I'm Outta Love - Anastacia

There were also bonus tracks
- Evergreen - Will Young
- and two instrumental tracks
Though the game refers to the original artists all the tracks here are instrumental versions by Rythm & Jazz Production. They play in the supplied media player which also shows the words for the player to sing along to and through which the player records their voice.
In order to upload the player had to register an account at the PopIdol: Talentbox website. This website launched on July 3rd 2003, however in March 2005 a new product had been released, TalentBox Karaoke, and the PopIdol: Talentbox website was no longer in use. In December 2005 it was up for sale.
