Pop*Star Pilot

Pop Star Pilot is a cutesy side scrolling shooter with a twist. Instead of fighting enemy vessels and installations you have a different task: Pop as many balloons as you can and avoid collision with the terrain. Your aircraft is equipped with a single shot gun and can be upgraded to burst shots for a limited time by bursting the red balloons. Your fuel gauge is steadily depleted and can be replenished by shooting stationary fuel tanks. White and green balloons are for points only. Strewn across the first four levels are tokens, and shooting a set number of them will unlock the fifth and final level. The stage layout progressively moves on from urban areas to narrow tunnels and more.
