Prairie Dog Hunt for Windows

Description
Prairie Dog Hunt for Windows is a shareware single-screen shooter. A bunch of prairie dogs pop out of predefined spots on the screen and the player's job is to move the crosshairs over them and shoot before they leave the screen. The only danger are rabid dogs which always pop out from the same spot and bite the player when they are not shot immediately. The game ends when either all dogs are dead, when all ammo is gone or when the player is infected with rabies after five bites.
There are three weapons available which can be changed on the fly and give a different amount of points for each kill: pellet gun (needs two shots, ten points), magnum (needs one hit, five points) or shotgun (hits all dogs on screen, one point). The number of dogs and the available ammo can both be customized in three steps.
