Rails is an 18XX video game. 18XX is a traditional board game series that allows players to invest and manage train companies. Companies are administrated by the player that holds the most shares in a company. Companies and players have separate treasuries and share portfolios in these games. The end goal of each player is to gain personal wealth rather than wealth for companies they manage.
