Rain of Arrows

Rain of Arrows is the third of three web games to promote the release of Mini Ninjas. The player has sixty seconds to take the ninja Hiro to a castle. The arrow keys are used to make him run against a side-scrolling background on a 2D plane. Every now and then arrows will rain down from the sky. He needs to be slowed down or sped up to dodge them. When trapped, the down arrow can be pressed to have him protect himself with a hat, but that makes him stand still and lose time. Among the arrows small scrolls also drop down. When Hiro catches one, he transforms into a invincible white boar and can run for some time with invincibility. A bar near the top of the screen shows his progress.
