Rational Tic-Tac-Toe

Rational Tic-Tac-Toe allows the player to play against the calculator. The calculator always starts and plays a perfect game, picking randomly between plays that are equally good. It's impossible to win, but if the player plays perfectly it's possible to force a draw.
