ReX
Description
ReX is an action platform shooter similar to Mega Man. Rex Corporation is the world's leading robotics company, but a leading scientist there has gone mad and unleashed an army of cyborg zombies on humanity. As a mercenary soldier hired by Rex Corporation your mission is to find and neutralize the scientist.
Your soldier can run, jump, doublejump and fire his weapon, which needs to be reloaded manually. Slain enemies drop coins, as do crates and barrels. Each stage requires you to kill all enemies to unlock the exit.
The game consists of 55 levels divided into 5 worlds, each world ending with a boss stage. Money collected is used to unlock new weapons in four categories; two different weapons can be brought into a stage, and different guns have different properties and stats.
