Real E$tate Empire

Real E$tate Empire is a simple business simulation game where the player takes on the role of an aspiring real estate tycoon. Starting with a small capital, the player must purchase properties at the lowest possible price, fix them up, and sell them for a profit. The game is turned-based and played against four computer-controlled opponents. Whoever ends up with the highest combined assets after 48 months wins the game.

The value of the properties and the cost of materials are affected by simulated economic cycles and the time of the year.

When starting a new game, the player can choose from five different professions: Handyman, General Contractor, Realtor, MBA Graduate or Interior Decorator. Each of them has a different benefit that will determine what the best strategy should be.
