Real Football 2018

The Android version of Real Football 2018 is the follow-up to Real Football (2017) and uses the same game engine. Unlike its predecessor it is was released as a premium title and not free-to-play. Like in the 2017 edition the main game mode is the Seasons mode which works largely the same albeit without in app purchases. One difference is that the auto-play option has been replaced with a highlights mode where the match is described as a text commentary. Another new feature is the agency system where agents can be hired to sign players.

A new game mode in this edition is the 5v5 mode which is made up of mini-game challenges played against other players online. In each game the player either attacks or defends. The player that challenges another player attacks and has to score as many goals as possible while the player who is challenged has to defend and concede as few goals as possible. Each game starts with a kick-off scenario and is followed by ten random scenarios. In each scenario the player has twenty seconds to score. By winning matches the player earns points and advances on the online leaderboard. Challenging a higher ranked team leads to larger rewards.

The other game modes included are friendlies and two different cups: European Tournament (which is based on Euro 2016) and American Cup (which is based on the 2015 Copa América).
