Reinforcer

In 2006 the death of a general triggered a coup d'état in Japan. Two weeks later the coup was crushed. While many of the rebels were executed the leader escaped and founded a terrorist organization called Neut which spread chaos all over the world. In order to destroy Neut the government created a special elite unit called REDRUM.

Reinforcer is a top-down action shooter game similar to Sega's Crack Down. There are 3 characters you will play as: Kazuma Takagi, Reaze Stain and Jean Wazz. Though you don't get to pick which character you use to play each mission. Each character has a selection of 5 different weapons to choose from. You have damage counters for armour (bulletproof suit) and health (player's body) that start at zero and go up when you get hit. You don't lose any health until your armour is at 100% damage level.
