The US-only premium edition of Resident Evil 4 contains the base game with the known additions for the PS2 port including new chapters, new weapons and new unlockable costumes. The extras for this version are a bonus DVD with the making of, a limited edition laser cell of Ada Wong (only 60,100 made) and a prologue guide by Brade Games explaining the entire story of the franchise up to this game. It is packaged in an imitation tin (plastic) case.
