Robin Hood: An Adventure in Lincoln Green

Robin Hood: An Adventure in Lincoln Green is a text adventure for the Dragon 32/64.

The player must rescue Maid Marian from the Sheriff of Nottingham, and bring her to safety at the local church. Marian can be won by being victorious in an archery contest. The player explores the many locations in Sherwood Forest via text commands. Robin Hood's Merry Men randomly appear, and they can provide the player clues on how to complete their quest. The player also encounters random robbers, the Sheriff's men, and local bishops, and can fight, run away, or bribe their way out of these encounters. All commands are via VERB NOUN entry, and there is a save/restore feature.
