Rocky Racers

Rocky Racers is a top-down 2D space racing competition. A number of space crafts compete through a series of asteroid-bounded courses. It's not enough to thrust to get ahead in this race, though-- each craft has the capacity to fire at other ships and also engage a tractor beam on other ships to slow them down.

The game also features networked multiplayer races via TCP/IP or IPX. There are 9 distinct courses in the game. The courses are named: Jupiter 500, Phobos Derby, Andromeda Cup, Mars Madness, Jovian 500, Mercury 2000, The Black Hole, Asteroid Alley, The Vortex.
