Description

Rudyard Kipling's How the Leopard Got His Spots is an interactive storybook based on the children's story of the same name. Each page is narrated and accompanied by an animation. Afterwards follows a screen where the player can click around to trigger animations. Four pages additionally have the option to participate in an activity:

  • A version of the traditional board game Mancala. Each players have an amount of beans divided into six compartments. Each round, a player empties a compartment and the beans are divided counterclockwise. When a bean falls into an empty compartment, they and the content of the corresponding other player's compartment are captured. The game ends when one side is completely empty and the player with the most beans wins. This game can also be played with another human player.
  • A concentration variant with sound. When clicking on a stone, an African chant is played. The goal is to match the identical chants.
  • A jigsaw puzzle with animal pictures
  • Changing the coloration of animations in a drawn picture.
