Sable

Sable is an exploration game that leads the player through a hand-drawn looking desert. The player takes the role of a young person living on an alien planet, in a small village. The first quests will give the player a "living" speeder to travel with and connect the valley to the rest of the map. Fast travel will also become available later in the game. The main quest is going on an initiation journey, during which the player will talk with characters scattered across several villages, and solve their quests to gain masks. Masks give the player new powers. Speeder parts are also obtained through quests. The drawing style is inspired by Jean "Moebius" Giraud's art. The game offers a casual, soothing pace, a weird atmosphere created by the dialogues and traveling through the varied landscape while riding the customizable speeder, and some simple but well thought out puzzles.
