Saints & Sinners Bingo

Description

Saints & Sinners Bingo is a single player shareware game based on a fictional American Bingo circuit with the player playing their way across the country in the 35th Annual Bingo Tournament. Along the way they'll play against computer opponents, fifteen saints and fifteen sinners in a variety of locations.

In each game the player plays one or two bingo cards against two, or more computer opponents. A game consists of a fixed number of calls where, in each call, three numbers are presented. The player must locate these numbers on their card(s) and click on them which marks or 'daubs' them within a fixed amount of time. A game or a bonus is won if the pattern of daubed numbers on the player's card matches the pattern displayed on screen for that game. There are over one hundred winning patterns and they change for each game.

Each location on the tour has a set goal which the player must achieve before they can progress. In the first location, the East Schenectady Community Centre, the goal is simply to win two games. In others the player must win a fixed amount of cash. Money is used in scoring the tournament. Players receive it for winning games, and for triggering bonus features such as having all three numbers called on their card(s).

During a game the computer opponents trade witticisms and insults and one or more of them will attempt to do a deal with a player, usually offering a lucky charm in exchange for some favour.

The game is entirely mouse controlled.
