Saki: Zenkoku-hen

Based on manga and anime series Saki, this game follows high school student Saki and her school's mahjong club throughout a nationwide tournament of traditional four-player Japanese mahjong. The twist: not just Saki herself but every person in this tournament has supernatural powers which affect the flow of the game in different, normally-impossible ways. It features a large cast of many playable characters, each with their own unique ability. As players win rounds, they gain points that can be used to power up characters' abilities. Players also have the choice to play with abilities turned off, at which point the game becomes a more traditional mahjong simulation.
