Scene of the Crime: Dream of Murder

Dream of Murder is the third installment in the Scene of the Crime series. It takes place in the U.S.A. of 1960s, as it drops the classic detective black and white fedora in favor of gritty realism of the post World War II events. You play as a police detective, who finds mysterious tortured dead bodies during the investigation and tries to understand the motive of the killer.

During this short point-and-click adventure game it is needed to collect the certain number of evidence in each location to progress in the investigation further. Combining the evidence on the police board allows you to make a decision and allows you to unlock more locations on the city map to travel. Some puzzles to open a safe or a locked door are connected with using the inventory items and visual information for the proper solution.
