Seducing you! Young idol swim contest! is a Japanese erotic visual novel which takes place in a swimming contest. The protagonist is Naoto Sagara, a man who is in a long-distance relationship with a pretty and popular girl named Moemi Nagasaki who aspires to become an idol. After agreeing to participate in a swimming competition with several other wannabe idols, Moemi is manipulated by seedy businessmen with impure motivations, and her sexual frustration at being so far away from Naoto tempts her to cheat.

Moemi has a 'frustration gauge' which increases or decreases depending on the story and events. If it is allowed to fill too high, she may cheat on Naoto with another man.

There are five mini-games throughout the game in which the player controls Moemi. Their results in each game affect the story and events:

• Stick Fighting (棒叩き): Moemi fights an opponent, each armed with a big vinyl stick, with the goal of knocking her into the water.
• Floating Island Hopping (浮島渡り): Moemi must cross platforms on the water by quickly selecting which platform in front of her is the most stable.
• Piggyback Fight (騎馬戦): Moemi must fight an opponent, each riding on someone's back, by clicking to knock their opponent's hat off while also parrying their slaps.
• Swimming (競泳): The actual swimming part of the swimming contest, Moemi must race an opponent to the end.
• Live Clothing Change (生着替え): Moemi spins a roulette wheel to choose a swimsuit before going on a water slide. Depending on the swimsuit she receives, she might experience a wardrobe malfunction.
