Description
Monster World Complete Collection is a collection of games from the Wonder Boy series. It contains all the games in the series across a variety of different consoles, which are selectable from an in-game menu. Each game also has an art gallery available, which contains things such as conceptual art, sheet music, cover art, fully scanned English and Japanese instruction manuals, and so on. Sound tests are also available that allow the player to listen to a variety of music and sound from each game in the series. The games include:
- Wonder Boy For Arcade, Sega Mark III, Game Gear (Japan), Game Gear (US/Europe) and SG-1000
- Wonder Boy in Monster Land For Arcade and Sega Mark III
- Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair For Arcade and Sega Mega Drive
- Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap For Game Gear (Japan), Game Gear (US/Europe) and Sega Master System
- Wonder Boy in Monster World For Sega Mega Drive, Sega Genesis and Sega Master System
- Monster World IV For Sega Mega Drive
Monster World II, III and IV all contain a 'Suspend Play' feature that allows the player to quit at any time and save their progress, which will be resumed upon loading the game again.
