Separate Hearts

Separate Hearts is another typical amnesia game where the main character, Junichi Hoshikawa, has suffered an accident after riding on a bike. Luckily, his physical injuries were light and have been treated well in the hospital, but he must've hit his head pretty hard or something because his recollection of past events and things from his life is pretty much gone. As he returns to his school life, he struggles to remember things. To add oil to the fire, he finds out that the girl he was dating, Hikari Hinata, which he has no recollection of, had gone missing. Now he must regain his memory by interacting with other girls and solve the mystery of Hikari's disappearance.

Gameplay system is pretty consistent with earlier Kid's titles. Routes can be selected as the choices get presented throughout the story which branches and forwards the game in a selected direction.
