Sexy Puzzmaniac

This is a Qix variant. The player needs to uncover a girl's picture by cutting portions of it, but there are enemies on screen to stop the player and each level is also timed. Each level is divided into 6 sub-levels, the girl's picture and the enemy types changing with every level. There's also an enemy that can change a girl's picture into a behemoth. From time to time various items appear on screen and the player can earn bonuses by cutting sections with these items.
