Shelly Club

Shelly Club is a title in the Barbie series of games. It is aimed at a younger audience and features Barbie’s younger sister Shelly. (Shelly was her European name, she was called Kelly in the USA. The Shelly/Kelly doll was withdrawn from the Barbie range in 2010 and replaced by Chelsea in 2011).

The game starts in Shelly’s back yard, here there are two mini games and a link to the clubhouse which gives the player access to further mini games. The games are;

• Jungle Adventure: In this game the player uses a mouse to navigate a boat through a jungle maze to rescuer baby animals.
• Castle Adventure: Here the player rides through the forest as Tommy collecting flowers for princess Kelly.
• Kelly’s Clubhouse: In the clubhouse there are further mini games Unicorn Forest, Mermaid Lagoon, and Winter Wonderland
  • Unicorn Forest: Here the player uses the mouse to move Kelly left/right to catch falling stars. When they have collected enough they can use the stars and other shaped stamps to adorn Kelly’s unicorn
  • Winter Adventure: This mini game to guide a toboggan as it runs down hill picking up items Kelley has dropped. When the player has enough they can use the collected items to decorate a snowman.
  • Mermaid Lagoon: This is a hidden object game, the player has to find five objects to open a large sea shell. Once opened they can use stamps to decorate the inside of the shell
  • Tea Party: Here the player helps Kelly and Diedre set a table for the tea party and decorate cakes.
  • Magic Greenhouse: The player uses Kelly’s magic seeds to grow flowers, they must select one flower seed and one leaf seed then water them
  • The Scrapbook: This has a picture from each mini game which the player can decorate with stamps

All mini games, with the exception of the scrapbook, have a dress up option which allows the player to change the style and colour of Kelly's clothes and those of the friend accompanying her.
