Shinsei Toilet no Hanako-san

Based on a well-known urban legend, Hanako-san tells the story of the ghost of a young schoolgirl who is killed when playing hide-and-seek during a World War II air raid. Since then, it's said that her spirit can be found haunting school toilets. This game stars a schoolgirl named Satomi who becomes drawn into the Hanako-san legend when her sister disappears following a sighting of the ghost. Together with her two friends Kanae and Etsuko, she investigates the legend while searching for her sister; the three of them will end up making stranger discoveries than they could have imagined. This Japanese adventure game is controlled via multiple choice menus alongside prerendered CG still images depicting the game's events. A few scenes feature voice acting.
