Shot Online
Description
Shot Online is a massively multiplayer online golf video game, with RPG elements. The bulk of the game consists of a standard game of golf, with players trying to get the ball to the hole in the least amount of strokes possible. Up to 4 players can play against each other at the same time. The game has an HUB world where players can interact with other players and NPCs, buy and trade items and manage their characters.
Through playing, players can accumulate experience points and in-game currency, that can be exchanged for items and equipment, such as clubs, golf balls and clothing. By leveling up and equipping different items, players can increase their characters abilities. There are several different classes to choose from that will also influence a character's skills.
Social elements include a ranking system to match player's against each other, the ability to create guilds for players to join and tournaments to compete in. There are several courses to choose from and paid membership services will grant player's additional bonuses and perks.
