Ichika and Futaba Sakura are twin sisters who are unusually close, spending as much time together as possible despite having different personalities and gaining different hobbies during adolescence. Their mother, concerned that they might become too dependent on one other, admonishes her daughters, forcing them to spend some time apart. Her warning drives a rift between the sisters that only increases their desire to be together; a feeling which develops into something more than just platonic love. Well aware of the social stigma surrounding incest, Ichika and Futaba try to work out their feelings for one another and decide what kind of future they should make for themselves.
