SmileTris 2

SmileTris 2 is a freeware Dr. Mario clone for Windows, and a sequel to SmileTris Panic!. As in the original game, the objective of this puzzle game is to match pills sides of the same color to make viruses (or smileys icons in this case) disappear.

What sets this clone apart from others is the support for skins that alter the graphics. These can be downloaded from the author's website or created by the user. There's also an online high-score table and the option to upload the player score from within the game.
