Snake Pit

Snake Pit is a 1 - 2 player arcade game for the TRS-80 CoCo.

Each player controls a snake with a long tail, as they continuously move about trying to avoid hitting the edge of the screen or the tails of other snakes. 1 - 4 computer-controlled snakes move about the screen laying eggs. These eggs must be gobbled for points before they hatch into another snake. Existing snakes can be destroyed by forcing them into a wall or the tail of another snake. The players' snake progressively elongates as the game progresses. The game is over when the human opponents are eliminated. There are 9 levels of difficulty.
