Space Fishing
Description
Space Fishing is a fishing game set in space. Space creatures that happen to look like Earth sea creatures (called nebulites) exist, and are valuable. The player's company (NebulaNet) seeks to catch and sell space fish, but only has a single basic ship.
The game is divided into two general areas. While on a space station, the player can sell fishes, upgrade their spaceship, play blackjack, and get quests. After enough money is earned, it's possible to hire people to catch fish for the company.
While on a spaceship, the player can search for and capture fish. Spaceships are armed with laser weapons, but the objective is not to destroy fish, but capture them. This is done by getting next to a fish while traveling slowly, and hitting the capture button. This starts a QTE, (repeatedly hitting a key, hitting the listed keys fast enough, or stopping the spinner on the correct spot) which if successful will capture the fish. Areas of increased radioactivity exist, which are dangerous until the ship is upgraded enough to manage it. There are also space mines, which can cause massive damage after a short delay.
