Space Race

In Atari's second video game you control a rocket starting at the bottom of the screen. Your goal is to beat the other player to the top of the screen. The catch: asteroids are constantly flying across the screen, which must be avoided. Unlike real life, the rockets can go in reverse in order to avoid the asteroids. Whoever completes the most laps before the white meter in the middle runs out wins.
