The Great 8 is a cover tape that was issued with the March 1992 edition of Sinclair User and contains the following games:
- Dark Sceptre
- Lords of Midnight, a game that was linked to a competition the magazine ran that month
- SU Crew, a bespoke game written specially for Sinclair User
- Freaky Footy
- Robocop 3, a demo version for the Spectrum 128
Additionally included are three non-game utilities:
