Spinsling

Spinsling is an endless runner game where the player controls two creatures connected with an elastic bond, allowing for one character to throw the other in a slingshot manner, to avoid various obstacles on screen.

The introductory story shows a pirate in a flying ship hunting for the two player characters, who are trying to escape him, also flying through the air. After initially being captured, the game starts with the two escaping, while being continually followed by the pirate ship. The distance between the ship and the escapees are shown on a menu bar on the bottom of the screen, indicating how much time you have to pick up bonuses on screen before you have to proceed.

A player fixes one of the creatures on a spot on the screen (in the air), and then slings the other forward (right) on a rope-like bond to fixate on a new point on the screen, hopefully not swinging through any obstacles.

The scrolling play area is filled with dangerous bombs & spikes, but also has power-up items to pickup.

A player can choose from several (20+) creatures to use, and change their looks with different costume items.
