SR-71
Description
SR-71 is a flight simulator for the TRS-80 CoCo.
The player attempts to navigate the SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft from a Turkish military base to a site within the Soviet Union, photograph a specific military installation, and then safely navigate to and land in Japan to deliver the photographs. The player must navigate around or defend from 3 different types of SAM sites using the Blackbird's defense systems, including: heat flares and quail missiles. Instrument panels include: airspeed indicator, compass, and altimeter. The player has limited fuel for their mission. Autopilot can be engaged for long stretches of the mission to accelerate time, but this is discontinued when approach enemy SAM sites or when under direct threat.
