Description
Starters Orders 4 is the fourth instalment in Strategic Design's series of horse racing simulation and management games. In the game the player can train, breed, race, and bet on said races in their quest for success in the realm of horse racing. New to the fourth instalment is jump races, where during the race the horses must jump over hurdles placed throughout the track.
