Storm Warrior

Storm Warrior is a flip-screen beat 'em up game. The player takes on the role of a sword-wielding prince who must battle his way into a witch's castle to defeat her and break the curse on his land. Each level consists of multiple screens that the player must traverse. Most screens feature one or two enemies, who must be defeated through a mix of careful blocking and timed sword strikes while the opponent is vulnerable. Additional hazards include streams of stones launched from trees, as well as a boss monster awaiting at the end of each level. Taking damage from enemies depletes the player's health, which is shown on the status bar as a Grim Reaper progressing across the screen; health does not regenerate between levels.
