Street Fighter Online: Mouse Generation is a free-to-play fighting game which was played exclusively with the computer mouse and featured characters from the Street Fighter series (including the introduction of Shin, who would not reappear later in the series), Rival Schools: United by Fate, the Cyborg 009 franchise, wuxia novels by Louis Cha (a.k.a. Jin Yong), Metal Heroes, Detroit Metal City, and even real life (such as the downloadable version of then-USA president Barack Obama). The in-game characters are stylized as action figures, and an in-game store existed to purchase cosmetic items.
