Super Blood Hockey: Retro Edition is a collector's edition of Super Blood Hockey. In edition to the regular Premium Edition physical release of Super Blood Hockey, the Retro Edition contains a game soundtrack, and a comic book, all inside a collector's box.
The Retro Edition was sold as an upgrade to the regular physical edition of the game.
