Super Cruiser

Super Cruiser is a 3rd-person spaceship action game viewed from the side perspective. The game consists of five levels which vary in difficulty and can be selected at will. Player can move spaceship in 8 directions (horizontally, vertically, and diagonally) with arrow keys and the goal is to defeat enemy ships and missiles launched at player's ship. Enemy ships attack from left and right, while missiles are launched from the ground (bottom of the screen) and go up. Occasionally (more frequently on tougher levels), enemy command ship appears. Destroying it grants a bonus life. Initially, the player starts with 5 lives. The game's five levels increase the number of enemy ships and missiles to match the level number. Level 1 has 1 enemy ship and 1 missile launched at player, while level 5 has 5 enemy ships and 5 missiles are being launched at player's ship.
